Delegates from the Niger Civil Aviation Authority have begun a 3-week on-the-job training with the KCAA Flight Operations and Airworthiness department with a session led by Capt. Mary Kai, Manager of Flight Operations, and Ms. Mary Keter, Manager Air Worthiness.
