






As part of the country’s drive to increase tree cover and in honor of persons affected by recent floods, KCAA joined other parastatals and locals in planting 100,000 trees in Gembe Hills, Homabay County. While another team joined residents in Jomvu, Mombasa County, as part of Kenya’s national tree planting efforts. The country aims to increase tree cover significantly over the next ten years in an effort to reverse the impact of climate change.
