The Finance Department is charged with ensuring prudent management of financial resources of the Authority. The Department core functions are; Develop and implement sound financial policies, strategies, procedures and plans; Ensure effective and efficient use of financial resources; Budgetary and cost control; Revenue Management; Financial risk management; Coordinate both external and internal audits. The Department also does financial reporting.
The Department carries out the above functions within the ambit of applicable financial policies, laws and regulations.
