The Human Resource Department is divided into four sections, the Planning & Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations & Welfare and the Administration section.
Our HR&A Department acts as the backbone of the Authority and it ensures that best practices in Human Resource Management are followed in a professional manner. In addition to improving working conditions and terms of service of its employees, promoting an efficient and harmonious employer/employee relations, the Authority’s human resource department is guided by a staff human resource manual which incorporates the provisions of the Constitution, Labour Laws and other relevant Legislation in addition to policies that govern various aspects of human resource management and development including industrial relations.
